Event Venue Booking Calendar

You can request a booking for your desired space by clicking on the preferred date in the calendar. Please submit only one booking request at a time. Once we have processed your request, it will appear in the calendar as an open lock, and we will send a preliminary booking confirmation to your email. The booking is provisional and valid free of charge for two weeks, after which it must be confirmed or canceled.

Please do not send personal information such as your social security number or other sensitive data via email to our sales team. If sending such information is necessary, our sales team will provide instructions on how to use secure email.

Only natural persons aged 18 or older may rent meeting and event spaces in Suomenlinna.

Please note that for event space bookings, a one-day rental period ends on the following day, even if the booking is for a single day.

Customer personal data is processed only as necessary for managing the customer relationship.
