Phone service at number 0295 338 430 is available Monday to Thursday from 9 AM to 12 PM and 1 PM to 3 PM. You can also reach customer service via email at vuokralaiset@suomenlinna.fi.
Customer service visiting hours are on Wednesdays from 1 PM to 3 PM. At other times, visits are by appointment only. Please contact us.
Please do not send sensitive personal information, such as social security numbers, via email without encryption. To receive instructions for secure email transmission, contact customer service.

Vianet is the tenants’ own web service where you, as a tenant of the Governing Body of Suomenlinna, can find instructions and notices related to living.
Log in to the service at vianet.suomenlinna.fi with your own credentials. If you do not have credentials yet, contact property management customer service.
