Our event venues are located in Helsinki’s most maritime district, the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Suomenlinna. The sea surroundings, peaceful atmosphere, and shared experience create an ideal setting for ideation, collaboration, and strengthening team spirit. With us, you can organize meetings and seminars tailored to your needs, either with your own refreshments or as a full-day arrangement through our partners.

These following spaces are suitable for successfull meetings in Suomenlinna:
- Tynnyrintekijä meeting room is ideal for small groups of up to around 12 participants
- Piirtämö is a bright meeting room suitable for 15–30 people
- Pajasali hall offers a versatile space with rooms for group work for 20–52 participants.
- Ballast room, with its auditorium-style layout, works well for 15–54 people
- Atmospheric Gunpowder Magazine suits groups of 20–60
- Impressive Tenaille von Fersen accommodates larger events of 60–200 participants.
All our venues are self-service spaces. Suomenlinna site offers several restaurants and cafés, as well as a grocery store, K-Market Suomenlinna. If you would like catering for your meeting day, we can forward your request to our local catering providers, or you may contact providers of your choice directly. Catering options in Suomenlinna are listed at the bottom of the page. All our meeting spaces, except for Gunpowder Magazine and Tenaille von Fersen, include at least basic coffee service tableware.
If you would like to combine your meeting day with additional activities such as guided tours or water bus transportation, we can forward your request for a full-day arrangement to our partner, the Ehrensvärd Society.
The Governing Body of Suomenlinna has been awarded the EcoCompass certificate, and in addition, many service providers operating in Suomenlinna have received the Visit Finland Sustainable Travel Finland label as recognition of their valuable and long-term work towards sustainable tourism. By renting a venue and/or choosing a local service provider, you contribute to the maintenance and preservation of the UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Suomenlinna is accessible via HSL ferry every day throughout the year. Waterbus operates during summer time from Market Square to Suomenlinna Tykistölahti bay, closer to many meeting and event venues.
