Come and help protect the Baltic Sea on the international World Heritage Day in a unique maritime World Heritage Site!
During this free volunteer outing, people will collect and count shoreline litter and learn about the sources of debris washing up on Suomenlinna’s shores.

The meeting point is located at the main pier at 12.00. The clean-up takes place outdoors. The clean-up site is about 1 km from the main pier, and people will walk the distance together both ways. Please bring weather-appropriate clothing and your own gloves for litter collection.
You can join the event by taking the ferry departing from the Market Square at 11.40. After the clean-up, you can return on the ferry leaving Suomenlinna at 14.00.
Volunteer work is done at your own risk, the Governing Body of Suomenlinna does not insure the volunteers.
