The apartment has its own attic storage.
The rent increases by 3% annually in March. The first increase will take place on 1 March 2027.
The tenant must make their own electricity contract and acquire comprehensive home insurance.
A rent security deposit equivalent to two months’ rent is required and must be provided as a bank guarantee.
A reasonable number of pets is allowed (maximum 4).
Smoking and accommodation/rental activities are strictly prohibited.

Persons belonging to the same household may submit only one application, which is used to apply for the apartment described in this notice.

A lottery will be conducted among applicants. Applicants who are allocated the apartment will be informed by email or phone. An announcement will be published on the Suomenlinna website once the apartments have been allocated and accepted.
