- The apartment has a one functioning fireplace. Baking oven is not working.

- Natural (gravity-based) ventilation.
- Common areas: storage for outdoor equipment and prams. The nearest laundry room is approximately 150 m away, and a sauna is located 50 m away.
- The apartment has its own attic storage.
- Rent increases by 3% annually in March, starting for the first time on March 1, 2027.
- The tenant must make their own electricity contract and acquire comprehensive home insurance.
- A rent security deposit equivalent to two months’ rent is required, provided as a bank guarantee.
- A reasonable number of pets is allowed (maximum 4).
- Smoking and accommodation/rental activities are strictly prohibited.

Persons belonging to the same household may submit only one application, which is used to apply for the apartment described in this notice.
A lottery will be conducted among applicants. Applicants who are allocated the apartment will be informed by email or phone. An announcement will be published on the Suomenlinna website once the apartments have been allocated and accepted.
The application period ends on March 22, 2026, at 11:59 p.m.
NOTE! This apartment can only be applied for by a household of four people, some of whom must be children.
